Career Development Counselor
Vermont Works for Women, as a collaborative partner in the VtGREEN green jobs employment network, seeks a Career Development Counselor. This position will recruit and support Vermont women (statewide) in accessing green jobs training and employment through intensive case management and retention supports. Requires excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills. Experience in workforce development and case management required. This is a full-time position with benefits and is funded through a two-year American Reinvestment and Recovery Act Grant from the US Department of Labor.
Weatherization and Solar Tracker Installer Lead/ Project Manager
Vermont Works for Women seeks a Weatherization/ Solar Tracker Lead/Project Manager. This position will lead a crew of on-the-job trainees in doing weatherization and solar tracker installation work. Experience in weatherization, carpentry, running a business and leading a crew required. This is a full-time position.
Development Director
Vermont Works for Women seeks a dynamic, experienced, entrepreneurial development specialist with outstanding writing and communication skills.
